I purposefully waited a week to write this review so that it would not be a knee-jerk reaction to this plumbers conduct and work. That being said, this plumber comes across as disinterested, incompetent, and nosy. We showed him where the bathroom was and he continued to walk through our whole house, into bedrooms. He took literally ten seconds to look at the problem and then had to sit down because he was out of energy and couldn't do anything further. He then left and later called us back to tell us tough luck, after we had already paid him for his trip to look at the problem. I would consider this plumber to be a crook!!

This company should have their license removed. They are the most expensive company in granbury and don't diagnose problems correctly but still charge you for their time. The will not rectify their mistakes. Do not use this company!

Dishonest, crooked, most expensive.
