I contacted Universal Appliance Service Inc among others to get a quote to service my washing machine.  I described the problem as fully as I could and within moments of hitting the send button, I had a response telling me that I had a serious problem that didn't warrant repair. I appreciated the honest assessment and continued to ask a number of questions all of which the tech patiently answered fully.  I have no reason to think that he is any less diligent, honest and thorough in his work as he is in his troubleshooting and responses.  Assuming this to be true, you would be well advised to give Universal Appliance Service Inc a try the next time you have need for appliance repair.
