Came to buy a 20ft ladder, got absolutely no help (I'm 71) was in the process of buying some rope and a customer told me ACE should be able to give me some twine to tie down the ladder after much confusion I finally got some twine. The ladder was also on sale, for card carrying members, was never told I could get this ladder if I applied for a card. ACE is not the place for me.

I shop here all the time the place is great.

They have several items for my home that I just can't find anywhere else. Home town service and friendly people.
