The Technicians performing the job have an incredible talent and really gets the job done. They are on time and as long as they are not busy, it is usually a one a day turnaround.
Unfortunately, the customer service experience was not the best. I was told the by the Administrator (Part owner of the company) to call another refrigeration company as they were extremely busy and down a person. Which was okay. I then had to call her back, because the other company was at least 3 business days out from being able to get out to fix our commercial cooler for our business. She then proceeds to tell me that you need to look for someone else because we are at least a week out on being able to service anyone.
I asked to speak to Walter (who is the president of the company) she huffs and says that Walter is unavailable. I tell her, that I prefer to speak to him as it seems that she always has attitude or doesn't want to do business with us.
She then proceeds to say, "I am the other part owner of this facility, and WE DON'T WANT TO DO SERVICE YOUR COMPANY ANYMORE. SO FIND SOMEONE ELSE. DO NOT CALL BACK HERE." I put this in all caps as this was her yelling at me. I get it, we all get busy and are under pressure. However, if I am professional with you, I expect the same in return. It is not okay no matter what position you are in life, to look down or treat someone the way she treated me today. I never raised my voice at her. I don't see any problem with asking to speak to someone else if the person you are speaking to at the moment has shown little to no interest in assisting you. we are a manufacturing company who are FDA inspected. Our coolers can not be down for periods a time. if the intention was not work with us forever reason. Then that's what should have been relayed to me. Then I would understand it before the conversation went any further. The basis of me writing this review, is not the bash the company because the Techs are awesome. I don't even feel the need to bash the Receptionist part owner of the company. The reason for my review is BE KIND. we have a rough go in this world already. There is no need to try and kick people when they are down. That is how I felt today. I hope they can see this and hope no one else gets kicked down emotionally because it is not a good feeling
