I moved into one of their apartments in December.2015. After my 30 day move in inspection not all items have been corrected. The parking is supposed to be come first come first serve. But that is not the case. My car has been backed into and left for me to find the damage. . I have parked in parking spaces and been asked to move my car or blocked in by a person that states that it is their parking space The, tenants that live here run this property not the management. The people beside me park in the yard at the walkway, hang their wet clothes over the fence onto my side of my patio area. There is supposed to be a space for each apartment to have one car parked in a space and anyone with more than one car is to park in the overflow area. People have two or three vehicles taking up spaces. But, I am always in the wrong.

The management is too scared to designate assigned parking. I cannot wait until December when my lease if up and I can move out of this place.
