I love my stylist Dani she is wonderful always feel wonderful when I leave ❤

So we called Carters to set up a FREE consultation, got there today and then we were called in the back and they started to apply the make-up..when they were done we gave them a $10 tip for their service and then they walked us out. We were driving away and i received a phone call from them..i figured i must have left something behind but instead they were yelling at us for not paying...at this point i was confused because we had been there for the FREE consultation so we went back to talk to them and figure out what was going on. When we got there they told us we got make-up applied and had to pay, we told them we had scheduled a FREE consultation and they then told us that they accidentally put on their scheduling that is was an application NOT a FREE consultation and then the man behind the desk said "Well even though we messed up you got make-up on so stop complaining and pay" After this we were so upset we decided to just pay the $60 since on their website it says make-up IS $30 per person...but then they said it wasn't enough money because one of the make-up stylist is more expensive...hmmmm but your website doesn't say that...so how am i to know that. So at this point we are wanting to talk to the Manager and go figure the man who told us to deal with it and pay WAS THE MANAGER/OWNER! I was shocked and appalled..the man who made me feel like a stupid pile of dirt was the MANAGER/OWNER!!!! So it ended up our FREE CONSULTATION was $100.....so if you go to this Salon be ready to have the money taken out right from under your nose...never was there a sorry or a here lets work this out..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wanted to have a great time with my mom tonight getting our make-up done and seeing how we would look for the wedding but instead we were pawns in a game we didn't want to play...and now we sit here sad and upset with how someone can be so rude and make you pay for THEIR MISTAKE! Please dont waste your time here...if the MANAGER/ OWNER talks to people that way dont expect much from the rest of the staff!

Carters is a great salon, even for guys. Many of the beauticians are great at what they do, and the quality is exceptional.
