Sherise Deardorff, PA-C, MPH, is a board certified physician assistant who works with surgical oncologists at Goshen Center for Cancer Care to treat and care for patients with most types of cancer. She is dedicated to improving the health of our community by helping in various surgeries, taking care of inpatients at Goshen Hospital and seeing clinic patients at the Goshen Center for Cancer Care, including patients in survivorship, post-op patients and triage patients. Sherise has extensive and diverse medical knowledge and experience. She received her bachelor of arts in psychology from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN, where her thesis topic was Factors Affecting Doctor-Patient Relationships. After that she completed master’s degrees in medical science and public health. Her volunteer experience includes work at Jonathan Lax HIV/AIDS Treatment Center in Philadelphia, PA, where she assisted clinicians and worked as a research assistant. Her clinical training gives her experience in a wide variety of specialties from pediatrics to orthopedics.
