where I live at Meadow Greene Apt's. the main owner has sent out notices that all apartments are non smoking as of July 1st. I think this is totally unfair to all residents that has already signed their lease for the year so if you are a smoker and like to smoke I would not recommend moving here!!!!!! I do understand this but not in the middle of your lease they change the rules. That is not right at all...
