I ordered three meals from drive thru got home to find out there was no toasted bread in two of the meals. I called to inform Zaxby's that I did not receive my bread, they proceeded to tell me that they put the bread in my meal. I had to bring my meals back and show them there was no bread. What an insult to have paid > $21 for a meal and receive such poor service. I do not plan on returning and hope that no one else would have to be insulted like I was.
