Poor customer service! Pat is very unprofessional and will try to rip you off! He told us that there was several things wrong with our car and then became upset and rude when I questioned the charges. I decided to take the car to the dealership and found out that Pat lied. He charged for changing shift cables that was never the problem, then he said we needed a new alternator. The alternator is in good condition and the dealership found no indications that it needed to be replaced. I had the dealership do the necessary repairs and we haven’t had any other problems!

If every auto service center was like Pat's...oh, but we can dream! Or don't dream--just go to Pat's.

The shop came so highly recommended from my co-workers and friends that I decided to take my car there even though I live all the way in Mt Pleasant. Trust me, it’s worth it! The guys at the shop are the most skillful, honest, and nicest mechanics you will find. They have saved me money on my car and helped me avoid costly repairs. A specific example would be when another shop told me that my power window regulator needed to be replaced. Pat’s was able to reset the mechanism and now my windows work great. This saved me on parts and labor! I will continue to take my car there for all of its service needs. If you care about your car (or your checkbook) I highly suggest you do the same!

THE Problem to Tiffanys car WAS repaired the continued overheating was due to husband or boyfriend kept taking the 40amp maxi fuse out of the cooling fan assembly and replacing the 40amp maxi fuse he had for his aftermarket stereo. we are not here to cheat anyone we WIll make it right always have always will.

I just bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee this past week after my old vehicle had been totaled out by insurance from an accident. Apparently these Jeeps have issues with the fuel gauges reading properly and/or the sender unit malfunctioning, the former of which I noticed the day after I bought the Jeep. I knew that I was going to have to get that fixed in the next couple of days, but my Jeep basically decided last night that I need to take care of this like now. I'm not from here, but one of the guys that I work with recommended this shop to me. These guys were professional from the very first phone call this morning all the way up to making sure that my "new to me" vehicle was repaired properly. I greatly appreciate the hard work and determination that went into the Jeep. Thank you guys!

I moved to Goose Creek on 24 February 2012 with my trusty Dodge Caravan. It had been repaired exclusively for quite a while by a national repair service chain in Jacksonville, Florida. I took it there to have a minor oil leak fixed in January only to have to return it three times for the same repair to by done over and over again...by the third repair, my engine was leaking pretty good. I was then informed that I also needed to replace the rear main seal and that was done...and, again, it leaked but I had to go to South Carolina and went to an affliated national repair service chain in Goose Creek, near where I bought a house, who showed me how bad the leaks were, informed me that they did not repair leaks and referred me to Pat's Automotive. Pat confirmed the problems and reported his findings to the local repair service who contacted my former service in Jacksonvile - they agreed to return the money I paid them. I made arrangements with Pat's for the repairs. His mechanic, Bear, not only fixed the rear main problem but did additional, area related, work at no charge! After all the time in a waiting room in Jacksonville, my Dodge is now leak free - as Pat promised - on time and totally efficient! Needless to say, now that I am a permanent resident in Goose Creek, Pat has got a very satisfied, lifetime customer. Have you ever wished, one time, just to find a mechanic shop that is honest, gives you straight answers, and does the work in a timely, professional, and quality manner? Well, Pat's is it! If you live in Goose Creek or anywhere in the surrounding area, and you need mechanical work done by a shop that knows how to properly repair a vehicle at a decent price, call Pat - you will not be sorry!

Hi everyone, i took my car to Pat's Automotive shop many times last year about the probems that most of automotive shpo in area that can not fix. And i was very glad that Pat can fix it right away , he told me the problem and i was amazed about the prized he gave me which was absolutely reasonable that other auto shop i called was outrageous in their charges. Pat and his staff are honest and wonderful people which i know i can trust when it comes to my car. I will not take my car to anybody but Pat's Automotive.
