I found the technicians to be very knowledgeable and professional. That is the only good thing I have to say. The repair through American Home Shield took over 3 months for a heat pump replacement. The manager was the only one who knew the status of my unit but he refused to take my calls or return them. I had to call AHS every time to have them call him. If you're using AHS and they tell you Jackson Mechanical is your HVAC contractor, immediately request to change it to someone else or you will be stuck with their slow service and rude management. This company was the primary reason that I did not renew my AHS contract this year and will never have a warranty again. It would have been worth it to pay out of pocket and do the labor myself instead of sweating out the summer and dealing with the management at Jackson Mechanical.
