Bought $2,200 Samsung refrig...it arrived (weeks) and ice maker does not work. told to wait 24 hr. one week later still not work...called for service...another week..now they say ice maker broken right out the box...called spencer back...spoke to Christian..."NOTHING WE CAN DO" My take away: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM SPENCERS. IT MIGHT SHOW UP BROKEN AND SPENCER CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT

Spencers was grwat accomodating my Fridgerator needs. Connected us with a counter cabinet size side by side stainless steel Whirlpool for a reasonable price. I was able to make payment over the phone as well. Next day delivery which was awesome. Freezer was missing a couple shelves however Spencers shipped me 2 new shelves and its perfect. I also purchased a 5 yr extended warranty at the store.Thank you Spencers!

The delivery personnel were great and on time.

I was not asked where the washer was situated as to the sink and drain. I have a counter between them, so they did not bring the correct connections, tubes and lines. The ones brought were not long enough.
Since they could not guarantee an installation time and I have a busy schedule originally planned around the installation, I have to wait another week until next Saturday to have it installed.

Very straightforward on pricing and salesman Julio was great to work with! Would definitely recommend to family and friends and use both Spencer's and Julio again.

Bought a refrigerator and mattress and both showed up undamaged on time and delivery guys were extremely professional. Overall great experience.

Chuck was a great salesman. We didn't see exactly what we wanted, but Chuck knew the products and found exactly what we wanted. Appliance was delivered the next day and delivery was fast and on time. I will definitely return to Spencer 's.
