Phil was very professional, courteous and helpful, I purchased a pre owned vehicle and he gave me advice on what was required to bring it up to par. The shop did an outstanding job, very clean , and the vehicle was ready in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me prior to and after service was completed. I highly recommend them.

Love this place, they make you feel so comfortable and a mechanic who actually knows what he's talking about! Definitely recommend this place!

Recently purchased an older jeep in need of repairs. Phil & Tamara are very easy to work with.

Stopped by to ask about getting my 10 year old truck serviced, (New plugs Intake system cleaned) and was surprised I was able to get right in and have the work done. Paid exactly what I was thinking it should cost. I will be back whenever I need anything done.

The A/C went out in my van in the middle of the summer. I called and they got me in that day. They replaced my A/C and by the next day I was back out on the road again with my cold air turned up high. Great and timely service. I will return.

Had truck towed in due to computer going out. They installed a new computer and got my air running. All for a great price!!!! Highly recommended

When looking for someone you entrust to repair your vehicle you want a reputable and knowlageable technician. Well this is definitely the Auto repair garage that undoubtably meets this criteria. They employes are not only friendly but are the example of what every professional technician should be.

I couldn't be happier with Phil and the way he conducts his business. We had extensive work done on the car. After looking at the car he called with the details and said he would like to have me come in to look at the car up on the lift so he could explain everything in detail. Wow, no shop had ever done that! Phil quoted the price for all repairs but gave an option to do some now and some later if I preferred. We did it all at once, easier this way! I also inquired about tires from Phil and he gave me a smoking deal on them, installed them and had an alignment done as well. When the car was finished I was very pleased with the price as it came in under his quote for the repairs and the tires also can in considerably less. Again, that has never happened to me before! This is a can't miss shop in my opinion. Phil has earned a customer and I will spread the word to everyone regarding his business etiquette and quality of work. And yes, the car runs like new again!

My fiancee and I were looking for a mechanic to fix the window motor on our hummer and we called a couple of auto shops and came across litchfield auto repair! Not only did they have a better price, they are very knowledgeable, honest and friendly! I'm glad we found a fair priced and honest mechanic! We are definitely going to take our trucks there when we need to! I will highly recommend them to anybody that needs an auto mechanic!

We recently moved to the west valley from Illinois, and were in need of a good, honest, auto repair shop. We struck gold, finding Litchfield Auto Repair. The owners, Tamara and Phil are great people. They are very caring, and honest. Phil is an excellent, knowledgeable, technician. He goes above and beyond to make sure he gets everything checked thoroughly, and explains what his recommendations are for your repairs with no pressure involved. He is very willing to work within your budget, and will do whatever is needed to make sure you leave totally satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone no matter how big or small the job.

Took my 98 Corvete in for some rear differential work. The work was done right the first time and at the price quoted. Acutally less as Phil did a few things extra at no charge. (No kidding). Phil is not satisfied with his work unless it is perfect. My search for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic has ended.

Fast, friendly and fair service. Explained to me that I did not need a whole new AC system as other shops were trying to sell me, just a new compressor. Saved me $350.00 off what other shops were quoting. Fast too. In and out in under 2 hours.

A good friend who lives in Litchfield Park had been raving about "his great auto repair shop." Since I live in central Phoenix, I really did not consider making such a lengthy drive for auto repairs. However, after a number of less-than-satisfying experiences, I decided to call my friend for the name and number of "his" shop. To make a long story short, I called Phil at Litchfield Auto Repair and discussed the issues. He took the time to listen to me, made some recommendations, and left it at that. No pressure -- just an honest evaluation. A couple weeks later I decided to take the car to him, and it was a truly amazing experience! I'll make that "long drive" from now on -- even for something as simple as an oil change.

We have lived in the SW valley for 13 years, and have been looking for a good, fair mechanic for about as long. My search has ended. Phil is personable, knowledgeable, and runs a business like it should be run. A clean shop tells me a lot. I had brake issues, every time I stepped on the brakes it was "brake and shake". I knew it was unsafe and did not want my teenagers driving it. Phil and his team got the job done on time and on budget. I love working with a "Mom and Pop" business.
