DO NOT BUY A HOME WITH MERITAGE. You can look at our facebook group page that i have created www.facebook.com/sedellacommunity I also have a private group page to where you can see what all of the other neighbors have complained about there home buying process. It is not worth going with mertiage and especially there solar systems... they are literally a scam. Once they sell you a home, they leave you in the dust and it is the worst process to try and get anything fixed that Meritage messed up on. Do your research before you buy.
