This is one of our favorite Japanese steakhouse is in the Nashville area. We have tried several since moving away from Goodlettsville. But we keep driving back to this one even though it's further away. The food is really good!

Just wanted to state I have never had a bad experiance at Kabuto's Food is always wonderful service is wonderful chef's are friendly.. When we started going to Kabuto's we meet a Chef will not name names but he Joined Fuji's that is why I say those bad rating are most likely the tatic's of the Fuji owners as they were Chef's at Kabuto's prior to opening Fuji's while Fuji is a good place to eat they dont come close to Kabuto's Quality. Plus you can make reservations at Kabuto's! which I love... Me and My husband will spend our 10th Wedding Anniversary at Kabuto's tonight.

I was a little put off by all the reviews trying to sway us to the Fuji place. Now that I have been to Kabuto, I think those reviews are written by Fuji owners. The meal and service were wonderful. We will go there again, frequently. The salmon was just right. My husband loved the steak. Good place to get sushi for those of us that love it, and many other choices for the non-sushi lovers in our family. Thanks, Kabuto!

I have been to this restaurant several times. I have always had a good experience. The food is wonderful. The soft shell crab is good but you do not get much for the money. Other than that ribeye steak and shrimp is great so is the salmon.

The quality is sub - par. The service and wait is horrible. Not worth the price. If you want a good experience look elsewhere (Fuji by the mall)

The quality is not there. The service is not good and the people and chefs are not freindly. We went to Kobuto 4 times to give it a fair judgement. We were always let down and fed substandard food. The steak if you allow it to cool off it turns to rubber. Sushi had an odor and made my wife not feel well. I strongly suggest you go over the hill to Rivergate Parkway to Fuji for quality.
