I never go to this store but the one time I do go the person that was working today 8/19 has no personal service skills. I went to get some assistance with an issue with a gas card that was not working and her facial expressions told me that she did not want to help me. So I went a step further and called the customer service number WHEN THIS WAS HER JOB TO DO (now mind you there were only three people in the store when I orginally got in) finally got someone on the line, AFTER IGNORING ME WHILE SHE COUNTED CUPS she took the phone and sat it on the counter (still ignoring me) and working on everyone else that came in the store. So when she finally acknowledged me the woman had hung up. So the 15 mins I did her job and got the woman on the phone because she thought that counting the cups and ignoring the customer that needed help was more important I left. YOU WILL NEVER, EVER, HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN.
