Provided by YP.comHorrible experience! First reported 11/2016. Now mid February 2017, still not fixed. Absolutely infuriating. Can't recommend their services for any reason...not courtesy, respect or performance. Svc. Guy made appts he never showed up for. Fixed and broke again after 1 use. Warranty states after 3 wks of nonusability...requested temp. appliance and still haven't received that. I will not spend $0.01 with Sears anymore and would never recommend this service company.

Provided by YP.comCalled Sears to make an appointment for someone to come out to house to do a roofing estimate. They couldn't provide anyone sooner than two weeks!? That is definitely a less than average kind of customer service.
