Provided by YP.comCTC does not stand up to their warranty claims for individuals that have purchased parts for their personal units even after a certified HVAC person has done the repairs. The sales people/operators are combative and demeaning. The worst experience I have had with a business in a long time. I am a Reliability Centered Maintenance Specialist in the field of Reliability Engineering in Manufacturing. I am accustomed to dealing with vendors to acquire replacement parts for these types of utilities. "All of this when they told me the components were garaunteed for 12 months." Junk parts and a Junk attitude. They took me for $240.00 on parts that lasted 4 months...
