The Gym MPLS is a specialized co-op space for independent trainers and their clients. Being a training-first and results-focused gym, we encourage everyone to work with a trainer in some way or some form. You are more than a number when you walk through our door. Our goal is not to have as many general members as humanly possible, and thats why we cap our membership. With our state-of-the-art equipment in a boutique warehouse-style 7000 sq. ft. space in Golden Valley, we want to be known for our passion for health in a family atmosphere.
