I asked for cost to get permission from the business owner before giving the go ahead to replace a bulb. My cost was $55. The driver that gave the quote and was doing the work even waited while I called the business owner and gave him the $55 quote. Environmental fee, labor fees and travel fees are not included and brings my total to about $200. Why would this not be mentioned? This is the number I needed to get the go ahead for. This is a very shady business practice! After speaking on the phone to management I'm told I should have known I was going to pay extra travel and labor fees. Doesn't seem to understand that as a customer I only know what the business tells me. Also, the Jared B. is the owner or manager here acting like he is a customer leaving reviews. The only 2 reviews that are good are from the company. says alot!

don't know how to keep their word on time. No heads up or anything----------------------------------

In response to the review below. Hello Michael, thank you for calling today October 22nd and discussing the work that was completed two months ago on August 28th. I completely understand there are a lot of other electricians that can do this same work for less, but you chose to hire us and unfortunately we can't go back in time and change that. So the main issues at hand are the trips to the supply house (which we offered you a credit for, which you refused), the lunch taking 45 min instead of 30 (which we offered you a credit for, which you again refused), the travel charge and hourly charge (which we told you about before you hired us), and the length of time the work took. McBride Lighting give's free estimates for this type of work which you chose not to take advantage of. I am sorry you feel like someone else could have done the work for less, but we can't change the past. Again out of good faith our credits are still on the table. We appreciate your business and would like to keep you as a customer and apologize for any frustrations you have encountered. Lastly as discussed on the phone we never quote a hot tub install over the phone, because there are a lot of circumstances we have to consider. In regards to our manager threatening you, that is 100% false we have no reason to threaten you. You paid your bill 2 months ago and refused our credits, so why would we threaten you?

McBride Lighting installed power to my hot tub and installed two ceiling fans for me. They were fast and friendly when they did the service. The best thing was how clean they were even in my back yard. I would recommend this company to any one who needs electrical work done.
