Having used storage in Denver, Boulder, and all along the front range for over 20 years, I can say absolutely that Janice and her team at Golden Storage are unsurpassed - the units are crisp, clean and well watched - the physical security is unsurpassed - ease of access is excellent - customer service is better than anywhere else. Costs are at or below market and they have multi-month and multi-unit deals. This is not your 'minimum wage' desk clerk storage - Janice and her people are professional, well-trained, well documented and know everything about this business. It is a refreshing and delightful experience. I am not saying this because I just rented; no, I have had multiple units across multiple years and seasons, with multiple movers and mover errors - every unit dry, every event noticed and professionally called. No hidden fees - everything up front - and human - not a machine - a very caring and human presence that put my needs first. Storing anywhere else is an error.
