Established in 1981, Sacramento State Aquatic Center provides a range of boating, educational and recreational programs and services for individuals and families. It is a cooperative operation that specializes in kinesiology, including lessons in beginning and intermediate sailing; basic windsurfing and water skiing; and basic Olympic rowing and recreation waterfront management. The center provides leisure classes for the general public and competitive teams, as well as a selection of progressive summer camps and youth programs. Operational for more than 26 years, it also offers private lessons in kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, rowing, canoeing, water skiing, wake boarding and Jet Skiing. Sacramento State Aquatic Center is located in Gold River, Calif.

We go here every summer it's a lot of fun we always rent a boat my son enjoys going swimming and we rent the bikes lots of fun

We go here every summer. Rent kayaks and just enjoy exploring different areas of the lake. I have taken sailing, rowing and wind surfing classes. This is a great place for children and adults of all ages. They now have paddle boarding. We always have a great time there and everyone gets to choose what they would like to do. We also had a work event with 40 people and did some teambuilding exercises and had a great time. The staff is always friendly.

This is such a wonderful place to rent kayaks. You can take lessons from Kayaking to sailing to paddle boarding

I enrolled my boys , ages 7 and 9 ,in the summer one week long aquatic camp. It went from 9 to 3 they absolutely loved it. Each week they tried a new aquatic sport it include kayaking, small sailboat, paddle board and ,aqua bike .
