I am sick at home and my fiance walked to Shell today 3/15/14 and was a little short on his debit card six cents so he went to hand her the difference and purchase his items and the lady cashier refused the cash and said, "no we cannot do a double transaction." My fiance was shocked and said ,"Why not I've done it before?" She said," Who did it cause I am the owner and it is not allowed."She still refused. So he set his items down and said OK no thanks I will just walk to 76. This is poor service.
