I drove into their lot clearly expecting to have to bring my car back after making an appointment. Tim came out to my car, looked at my problem and immediately dealt with my problem while I waited. He was very professional and friendly. I waited inside and the staff inside were very kind, funny and made my wait go extremely fast. I will definitely go back to them if I have another problem. I bought a truck from Freer in " as is condition" and there were a few minor problems that they took care of, even though they didn't have to, and were done in a professional and timely manner. They are very friendly and show great concern for their customers. They are also very concerned and helpful with the welfare of our community.
