In January 2009 Wade Seiler ( construction foreman ) and Jay Cates ( sales manager ) joined Ron and Barry as co-owners in the business. Together they have taken over the daily operations of Countryside Builders, drawing on years of experience they can handle the most complex projects. Wade has worked with the company as construction crew foreman for 10 years, Jay started on the construction crew and for the last 10 plus years has managed the sales department for the company.
