I run a lawn care business and Bob's always recommends the right tool for my needs. They always stand behind their products with extremely swift warranty and repair work. I have never missed a single day of work due to equipment failure.
I love Toro and Shindaiwa/Echo products and Bob's Carrie's every model.
They treat small business owners like myself like royalty!

Bob's Lawn & Garden is a great local business. I was in the market for a zero-turn mower and shopped around. When I went to Bob's, I was instantly impressed by the store's selection and product line-up. The gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable of the outdoor power equipment industry and his products. He shook my hand and introduced himself to me as a respectable businessman. I didn't find this at conglomerates like Lowe's or Home Depot, places that just want your money. Not only did the quality of the products and the service after the sale help sell me, it was the extra things that Rick, the owner, was able to help me with, such as free delivery and free break-in oil change. In the end, I made my purchase from Bob's Lawn & Garden and have been more than satisfied. Never again will I shop the "box stores" simply for their convenience. I would rather spend my money locally, to a family business that truly appreciates my business and is there to take care of me. Thanks!
