I've shopped in this store several times never had a problem with the staff they are normally very out going to help at least compared to the shops in Wichita. I also have been able to find firearms at the Goddard Gunnery that have not been available in the Wichita stores unless I order it and no one wants to wait for a order. Their prices have been comparable if not lower than other stores I've shopped. I am a loyal customer and will be happy to recommend their store to anyone.

This is in response to the previous review. I am an employee of the Goddard Gunnery, and if they did in fact receive poor customer service, I would like to apologize on behalf of our store. That being said, the comments this person made about the Gunnery were just not accurate in their portrayal of our store. First off, the Gunnery has considerably more than 50 firearms on display, of which only about 5% are .22 caliber. Anyone who has actually been in our store can clearly see that statement was inaccurate. Next, we do carry Buck knives, but we also carry Browning, Weatherby, Spyderco, and a few other brands. Just for the record, we currently have more than a hundred knives on display. Also, we try to stay competitive in our pricing, and again, I think most people that have been in our shop would agree that our prices reflect that. In fact, more times than not, we are told our prices are lower than most places. Furthermore, I would like to issue an open challenge to this individual to bring in his/her sales receipt for proof of the $400 price difference they claimed to have received. I'll bet you it won't happen. I can personally guarantee you that there is not a firearm in our inventory that has anywhere near that much margin over cost. In response to the last line of the review, we are PROUD to be a small town store! We like small towns and believe our customers do as well. Lastly, unlike the person who posted their review, I will post my name to this response so you will know who I am.

Waste of time, they carry one brand of knives, Buck, and hardly any selection. There are maybe 50 guns, the majority of which are .22 only, and the prices are HIGH. Customer service? If you want to get eye rolls and exasperated sighs but no help go ahead and ask to look at something. I came in with $1500 ready to buy, but after listening to them gripe and imply that I was just wasting their time by looking I took my money to Bullseye off 13th and found my gun for $400 less and had a great time picking it out. Screw these guys and their small town, holier than thou, homophobic excuse for a shop.
