Don't. After waiting 15 months for our boat seats to be repaired as promised, getting no response to phone calls, messages left, ultimately letters sent- the work was never done. Various excuses were offered- but a fairly simple upholstery job was never even begun, much less completed, and the missing seats cost us the loss of our boat for a summer. We ultimately retrieved our seats in original condition, 15 months later, only after more than a dozen attempts to get someone from the business to respond to us and return our property. Don't use this business if you want your job to actually get done.
