Everyone is so professional. My things are usually ready long before promised. And there isn't really anything they can't do. I have had them do hemming, dry-cleaning to just some pressing! You all are the tops! 😉

This is my first time going to this place to have my coat cleaned. And all I can say is I will keep going there from now on! It is such a nice place, very clean, the woman who helped me when I dropped off the coat and when I picked it up was very professional and very nice. And my coat looks great! I highly recommend this place to have your items cleaned.

We love Noreast and would give more stars if I could. They are so professional and honest. I am always leaving things in my pockets and they have on several occasions sent back money or papers that I left in my pocket. They also will fix buttons and try to remove stains complimentary. Their service, expertise and professionalism can not be matched

I've used Nor East to clean my cashmere sweaters several times.
Their employees are always courteous and their work is exceptional and on time.

These cleaners are awesome, not only do they have a green process but they also take care with each garment. They will tighten a loose button or stitch a small hemline sag. Never ever have I been dissatisfied with their work. Always great, prompt and above all friendly!!!!!

We use the Nor'east Cleaners Manchester-by-the-sea location and have had excellent service. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of their work is first rate. We love the Pick up and Delivery Service and Bill is awesome! He picks up and delivers on time every time. Great personality, professional and pleasant. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hi. I have been using Noreast Cleaners for many years. I have never a problem with any garment I have sent, and in fact it rivals more expensive cleaners I tried while living in NYC! They are personable,
exacting, know customers by name and I am glad they are here! Stephanie

Have used them for years, simply because of their location, but it's getting harder & harder to witness the number of people that they are going through. But it's no wonder. "Management" evidently enjoys belittling those behind the counter in front of customers, particularly women. I'd hate to see what this guy's wife has to endure at social events.
