I trained here for a long time, and Master Demetri is a very good teacher, for kids and adults. Anyone who does martial arts will tell you that aside from the kicking and punching, the real reward has nothing to do with physical ability. If you want your children to grow up with the values of integrity, perseverance, honesty, and a strong work ethic, I suggest you send them here. Its a fun and social thing for them to do after school and they become better people in the process.
