I have had an awful experience...

I have had an awful experience with this company. The morning of our reservation it was slightly raining so I called them to see if they were still running the boat. They had me call back about 4 times before they told me it woul be running. We get there, they pile us on the boat, let us sit there for 20 minutes and then tell us they are cancelling the whale watch. I understand the need for passenger safety but they should have been able to tell if they were cancelling at some point in the 5 phone calls I had to make. I've heard good things from other people but what an awful experience and giant waste of time.
