Absolutely one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. They installed our fireplace without pulling a fireplace permit. When it came to my attention I called them immediately and they said they would do it "today". I called to follow up a few more times over the next couple weeks just to be told they will do it "today" each time. I finally had to submit the permit application myself, which unfortunately relieves them of all responsibility for fireplace. The permit application was one page and took about 2 minutes to fill out and submit. Why they were incapable of what seems like a standard part of their job escapes me. I would highly recommend using any other installer over this one.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance and changed my schedule to fit it in. They called 15 minutes after my hour window, and after I had called them, to tell me they would have to reschedule. Not impressed at all and will not be a returning customer. Fireplace Company has my business from now on.

They were very responsive to my phone call and picked up the first time I called. I didn't have to talk to a voice mail. I needed some work done rapidly and Russell was willing to schedule it for the very next day. He was also aware of safety issues and helped me to understand what all of my options were. I appreciated the friendly service and I got a good deal, so that's always nice! :)

I called and got professional service the same day. Impressive.
