I really should post a 1 star review, however I'm offering 2 as they do have a nice selection, in spite of the "thirft store nazi" who works here. There are no prices on anything. The ends of the clothing racks offer a vague price chart for wardrobe basics, leaving the rest open to interpretation. This also means that regardless of brand, quality and style you pay the same price for a pair of ripped jeans from Walmart or for new boutique jeans, or flimsy dollar store leggings. The rest of the store is unmarked forcing you to take each item to the register to find out the cost. The value of that item seems to be based on how generous or moody the cashier is that day, or apparently on what she thinks of you as a person. There are also no signs that haggling is against store policy, leaving an individual to assume they can take an item that isn't marked (everything) to the register and negotiate a price. Today, a Spanish speaking customer approached the counter (she was clearly annoyed before he got to the counter) to inquire about a price (he had already made a purchase and was looking at another item), she rudely relayed the always very random price associated with her inventory to this customer. I could tell he felt the price was a high (it definitely was) so he asked for clarification and then countered. She told him loudly and rudely that his counter BS (her words). The man a little shocked, placed his first purchase on the counter and asked for a refund, she yelled that all sales are final and to "hit the door" after a slight pause she adds "that's right get the F out ". Another shopper looked at me in shock, and I told her that she is always rude. The cashier immediately pointed a finger at me and screamed "and you get the F out too", so we left and went to the Thrifty Store in Edwards, CO further south and had a wonderful experience.
