Once they didn't get a stain out of the wall, I called the next day and they came right out and re-did the job. They honored a 'one year clean guarantee agreement' that they didn't have to since I'd let it expire. I've encountered no rudeness on the phone. Their techs have always been on-time, friendly, considerate and efficient.
