this builder is terrible. They do sub-standard work, create charges outside of the contract to increase what you need to pay them, pad change orders, and generally have bad ethics and a lack of accountability for errors and bad work. There are so many other good builders around...don't use them

All I have to say is WOW. These guys are great. The owner, STEVE, personally took his time to explain the whole process and updated me every step of the way. My house is PERFECT. If you are in the CHICAGOLAND area give these guys a call. They do a fantastic job.
