My 1st experience was ok there. The owner seems to struggle with listening to the customers needs and concerns. I wanted my dog shaved and bathed for the summer. When I picked her up she looked cute but her coat was not shaved short and the owner stated she thought it would be better that way????

Nonetheless my dogs coat was too long by mid July after just 6 weeks. I took her back To be re shaved and when I arrived at my appointment she keep pushing me to have her trimmed not shaved and even stated she didn't have enough time? But she tried to sell me a mudd bath for the dog! I ended up walking out because it became too much of a head ache to deal with her. She even said sarcastically to me "ok we'll have a good day mam". Poor customer service!

I love this place. My dog is always happy to walk in and looks great. They are very nice and do a great job. My dog is not the easiest but they have found a way to work with the dog. I have had bad experiences at other places but the current team is terrific!

I have walked in this place and heard my dog yelping in pain while be screamed at by one the groomers. Although the facilty seems to be clean and well stocked with food and toys for sale, the owner has been unwilling to discuss my concerns and seems less than knowledgeable regarding what happens at the shop. She has failed to return my calls............never again.
