I just had another amazing experience with Visiting Angels Glendora. This is our second time booking the Angels, they were on top of everything, from the consultation process to each caregiver's professionalism, everything has been well beyond expectations. The staff's caring and genuine concern for their clients is amazing and they took great care of my mother. Going above and beyond, they have exceeded all my needs. Visiting Angels Glendora and their Care Manager was the best customer service rep we have ever dealt with. We had already been through two other agencies that kept sending young inexperienced and not caring individuals. I contacted her and she immediately set up a quick interview with my grandma. Each caregiver they brought in would already met with their care manager first and she would share with them what my grandmother needed and would do random check-ins. The caregivers were wonderful and kind to my 99yr old grandma. They would cook for her, cut up her food and sit with her and encourage her to eat. They didn’t mind or get upset if she had an accident. I would highly recommend them. They are competing with pricing but their quality of staff and managers were the best we had dealt with.

Joan was our case manager at Visiting Angels Glendora. She was so caring, and attentive, and taught us a lot, especially for a tired family that needed respite care. My mother's hospice needs were a big learning experience, but we are so appreciative of the quick response of Visiting Angels Glendora. The promptness of Visiting Angels Glendora and their respite care allowed us to catch up on some much-needed rest and sleep and help our mental and emotional state. Visiting Angels Whittier is a very professional senior home care organization. I hired Visiting Angels Whittier to provide a senior caregiver for my husband and wanted them to come to our home a few times a week. The caregiver and care manager (Joan) came to our house for the first visit. I had a chance to tell them just what I needed from the caregiver, and it was so lovely to have the care manager there, too, so she also knew what I needed. The late pricing and reasonable were easy to understand compared to other offices I called. The caregiver did a great job and allowed my husband to continue living in our house. This prevented him from being admitted to a care facility, saving us a lot of money. In addition, my husband really wanted to remain at home instead of living apart from me. Getting old sucks, but the caregiver improved my husband's life and my own. Thanks again, Visiting Angels Whittier, for my husband's care and the respite care for me.

My disabled spouse has used Visiting Angels Glendora for a number of months, and they have definitely surpassed our expectations. They always send a reliable caregiver even when we make last-minute changes.
Our caregivers have been consistent at everything and never complain. They assist her with bathing and dressing my wife and also help with household chores like laundry, meals, running errands, etc. Don't hesitate to call them. You won't be disappointed!

My Mom is 95 years old and was very set against having a caregiver. I interviewed a couple of agencies but had heard many good things about Visiting Angels. I was very impressed with Joan Cady who came out for the interview. On the second day, they sent caregiver Tina Guerrero. I was immediately happy with her attention to detail. First few days were rough as my Mom was still against having someone in her home. After a week, she begin to open up to Tina. Now, their relationship is fantastic. Mom looks forward to having Tina there everyday. Thank you Tina, Joan and Visiting Angels for taking such great care of my Mom.

Our caregiver that provided Senior Caregiving, Terisa, has been with our mom for over a 2 years and we are so lucky to have her helping and providing our mom with care everyday at her house in San Dimas. She has such a cheerful personality and is so comforting. She is so helpful, and constantly asks if there is anything she can do or help with. As our mom has hearing loss Terisa is happy to assist by taking to her Dr. office in Covina for her appointments as well as driving her to all her appointments from San Dimas, Glendora, to West Covina. Terisa is very attentive to our mother's needs whether it's knowing she needs to rest, or maybe just needs some "quiet time," or she'd like a friendly chat, Terisa adapts. Terisa keeps in touch with us when our mother may need to relay something to one of us, always with a pleasant approach. We have forged a very nice friendship with Terisa and are ever so thankful to Visiting Angels Glendora for sending her to us and for all of the care she provides for my mom and the rest of us.

I recruited the services of the Visiting AngelsGlendora office for senior home care for my father, who is getting older and having a hard time with dementia. They were so easy to work with and accommodating, making sure he always had care that was the best and always tried to find the best match for my dad and fit his schedule. They will keep trying until they find the perfect caregiver. They will help prepare healthy food, help with the daily tasks needed around the house like housekeeping, bathing, and even helping with pets., and it's nice to have them there just to keep seniors company. I would immediately recommend them to anyone in need of care for a loved one

The Glendora Visiting Angels office has provided senior care for my Mom for the last 3 years. They have always provided care for her as she has aged and managed events overtime, from just normal friendship to more physical assistance as time went on. They help to take her to dr. appointments in all the way in West Covina and Baldwin Park when I couldn't be there. The office staff works hard to ensure she always has care in place. We've had the great luck of having some really great Angels always caring for my Mom, and I"m so thankfull . I know that no matter where my mom's aging leads, Visiting Angels Glendora will be able to keep her safe at home.
