Would give 0 stars if possible. For six weeks I have spent countless hours on the phone talking to numerous Customer Service representatives who say they will have a supervisor call me back about the UPS driver not leaving my packages at my address…instead delivering they to the wrong address over and over. The people at the wrong address make it hard for us to retrieve our pkgs. I’m tired of the run around. I will file a claim for every pkg. that is not delivered to my house. My husband even stopped the driver to tell him where we lived…he responded that he knew exactly where the house was located. No supervisors are doing their job and fixing this problem or even calling us back as promised.

I paid $80 for packages to arrive on Christmas Eve. They arrived in Glendive at 11:30am on the 24th but Glendive decided not to be open. I could have paid so much less if I knew regardless you would be closed and not deliver my packages or even let me pick them up.
