I have been a customer of this company for over 10 years and have paid them thousands of dollars. This year I am cancelling their contract. The office staff is very unprofessional. I have attempted to schedule an appt for the annual cleaning of the boiler. The staff have refused to schedule service and even hung up the phone when I complained. I recommend people to try a different company
