11-8-14 Had a coupon from Money Mailer for this place. Young kid running the wash said he would not accept it because there was a mistake with Money Mailer and the ad wasn't supposed to be ran like that. I asked him for the manager and he claimed he was. Then I asked him if he realized the point of coupons was to drive business and it was the reason I was here today and he didn't care. He said it would cost the business money. I asked him for the owner's information which he refused to give me. I tried to go inside their little lobby to look for a business card or something with contact info and he told me I could not enter. I cannot vouch for the quality of the car wash itself because I decided to take my business elsewhere, but there was no towel dry offered at the end of the wash like most nice places in the Chicagoland area. I would hope that if the owner(s) knew how this place was being run that they would change it, but unfortunately I will never know. If you are looking for good customer service I would avoid this car wash!

2-6-14 This place is just terrible. Avoid it at all cost. It used to be a good place years ago when it was touchless and they had people handwipe the vehicle at the end. Now it has a terrible "soft" cloth system that scratches your car and leaves the vehicle sopping wet after the air dry without anyone to wipe it down. The staff is rude and act as if they are doing YOU the favor when you go there. Today I asked if they could spray the front of my vehicle before it went into the wash as the last time I went there it went in dry and the salt scratched the front of my vehicle. The kid there said, "I highly doubt that, why even get your car washed here". Then he refused to spray the front of my car. The kicker is they never had a problem doing this before. Will never go there again and will find every review site out there to spread the word. You can search this business and see other similar reviews
