i have being coming here for the las 10 years,
I made an appointment for my aunt as a special gift, this was suppose to be a special treasure moment" is not the first time i recomend this place! But instead, it got horrible, my aunt got there on time for her appointment at 5:30 pm. her party was stuck in traffict, she told receptionist about it, what they answer was!: "we cant wait any longer, you need to reschedule or wait until 8:30 pm""
we were late for 20 minutes. I was really embarrass i waited to see their 6pm appointment but no one showed up, when we got there, my aunt would not go back and was really upset. 2 ladies working today have lost completly the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. they make her feel unwanted and just ruined the moment. there are ways to treat people the way they treat her was just incorrect. I went up to have some answer and what i found was two unapologetic ladies.! I understand your busy schedule and wouldnt minded wait a bit longer, but this doesnot gives you the right to discriminate a person just becase!

We came here after an unpleasant experience at another ultrasound facility. We arrived a little late but the staff was friendly and welcoming. The tech was very pleasant and confident. She did a GREAT job! Thank you so much sweetheart and thank you to the staff and ownership of Treasured Moments Ultrasound in Glendale, CA. This really was a moment that we will treasure for many years.
