I have live at Avalon Burbank for almost a year and about to resign my lease for another 2 years because they are simply amazing and easy to work with. Jason who works who handles the community relations is simply awesome every I have a issue such as my ac not working due to a clog filter he assured that I was taking care off within 24hrs. If you have any questions or concerns just talk to Jason or Dave they are super friendly and just cool people, maintenance is also super polite and you will not have to wait for a week to get an issue resolved!!!! I have learn that if you treat people with respect and professionalism the favor will be return back hundred fold.

We stayed hear for 7 months and overall had a good experience. There seemed to be a lot of families staying here which can make the pool and courtyards a bit noisy. The place looks nice on the exterior but the amenities inside are a little dated.
