I have an Active membership, but they were nice enough to let me use the gym once as a courtesy. It's pretty nice, has a pool, too. Their weight room is upstairs and they have a really nice Cross-Fit training area there.

Seems like a okay business to me.

This gym was remodeled about a year ago. It is much nicer now. They got a lot of new machines in. Some cardio have TVs, or you have to watch the big TVs up front. Good ab area. Bathroom is okay, not great...they didn't improve it much. I have a 24hr active membership for $30 - they wanted to charge me $15 a month extra to upgrade so I could use this gym. That is crazy.

So-so gym with dirty locker rooms and clueless staff. How do these folks survive? Wish it was all that was promised by the "enrollment counselor" aka commissioned salesman!

As is often the case, the 24-Hour in Glendale (A Super-Sport no less) has the same "get their $ and then forget 'em" attitude of most big chain gyms. The staff is apathetic and the locker room is FILTHY! Complaints--even via the website to the corporate office--are addressed via surly attitude-filled responses from staffers angry their day was interrupted. The item that matters are new enrollments--not keeping the folks they have--TRAGIC!
