Had a 70 inch Sharp Aquos T.V. repaired recently. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and finished my repair promptly. Most importantly my T.V. is working without any issues! I would highly recommend this company!

Paid $385 for a power supply board on an 8-10 year old TV. Was never offered the option to replace just a part on the power supply board which was possible. It took about ten minutes to take off the back of the TV and plug in the power supply board. Buyer beware!

Samsung needed a power board for it. they charged me 150.00 and that is what they cost. however they charge me 360.00 to do the job and it takes 1hr to do it. I found out it takes 30 screws and two plug ins to do it in 1 hr. I will let you be the judge.

Nadia was very patient and gave honest helpful advise over the phone about parts. A DIY repair persons dream! When I went to pickup part, they just as helpful. After trying to fix myself, I still needed to take my 52 in TV in for minor adjustment, again very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Will refer everyone I know to Valley wide!!

First of all when the sound suddenly went out on our TV, I could not believe getting SAME day service when I called to set up an appointment. The Customer Service person I talked to was very nice and went over the expected charges etc. Not 2 hours later, she called back and talked my husband through several steps and low and behold the sound returned! This company could have come out to our house and charged us whatever they wanted but they did'nt. Thank you so much for your honesty and efficient service! I will not only call Valleywide TV Repair whenever I need their services, but I will also recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Valleywide was quick and on point with the repair to my flat screen. Very, professional, friendly, on time and dependable. They answered all of my questions via phone and in person. My t.v. was fixed, and I have not had any problems since. Valleywide T.V. repair is the best!

Called Valleywide TV Repair to help with my LG plasma, gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable, was able to give me some ideas of what may be wrong with my plasma, Also was able to get a technician out the same day and completed the repair at a fraction of the cost of a replacement, technician also helped with hooking up another set in the home at no charge. Thanks for saving my TV!!

I CALLED VALLEYWIDE TV REPAIR WITH MY TV PROBLEM, SECRETARY WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY, WICH I DID NOT EXPECT, BECAUSE IT WAS NEAR A HOLIDAY.THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WAS VERY KNOLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. THE COMPANY ORDERED THE NECESSARY PARTS, AND THEY ARRIVED IN TWO DAYS.I WAS CALLED PROMPTLY BY STAFF, AND A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULLED.I WOULD HIGHLE RECOMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO HAVE BUZY SCHEDULE.BECAUSE THEY HAVE EVENING AND SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE.I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE.

For anyone needing television service, I highly recommend Valleywide TV Repair. They service is fast, timely, and reasonably priced. No wonder they have been in business as long as they have.I recomend them for an honest TV repair experience.

Repairs done while you wait, in your home! My TV needed repair, and looking online I saw what the problem likely was. People were saying that their repairs cost $300-400. One guy had to wait months (with his TV at the shop!) for Samsung to ship the part. Preparing for the worst, I emailed a few people asking if they could do the fix, and how much it would cost. Valleywide responded quickly with a phone call, confirming it was the problem that I thought. They gave me a very reasonable estimate ($180) and we set up a time. Technician arrived at my house on time, and was very friendly. He fixed the TV and charged me exactly what he estimated--no surprise fees! The convenience of having it fixed quickly, and in my home (no dragging around a TV) was great! On his way out the door I asked him for an estimate on how to fix my dad's TV, and instead of giving me an estimate, he gave me some tips on things to try for free!

I appreciate the quick, good service and the reasonable price. Oleg in Valleywide TV Repair is my number 1choice in Phoenix . You can tell he has years of experience under his belt. I had price shopped a few repair places already and Valleywide was by far lower than most of them. Oleg quoted me a very fair price when I explained my problem over the phone (Great to have: no charge for just an estimate) and even advised me of my possible choices. His In-Home service is very good for those big screen TVs that you have to lug over to some repair shop. He was on time. When he arrive, he took his time diagnosing the problem and explaining to you what he was going to do, prior to proceeding with any repair he would confirm with you everything was okay as far as price, parts and there was no unexpected charges at the end. After repairs were completed, he took the time to set the TV's color and resolution until it was just right. Thank you Valleywide, you are NUMBER ONE !!!

I rarely write a review either good or bad, however since this guys at vallewide tv helped me and fixed my very expensive TV that no longer had any warranty on it … this is while other shops cold not find the problem and on top of it the price for labor and parts were better than other shops that cold not help me. Will recommend their services to anyone.

These people are professional and honest! I had a problem with a sound on my TV, to be exact I had no sound at all. First thing they asked if I had a cable box hooked up to the TV set and I said yes. Then the tech advised me to reboot the cable box, after I rebooted it I had my sound back on. I was so grateful to them for their help and patience, they could have set me up for the service call but they didn't, unlike some other company tried. Thank You again Valleywide TV!

These people are GREAT! They fixed my Pioneer plasma TV right in my house. The tech replaced a tiny micro chip with such precision I was amazed, and the repair cost was very reasonable. Thank You Valleywide TV! John Branner

My LSD was suddenly showing a poor quality picture. After going from one place to another - I decided to try this shop. Ended up very much happy with the services. Tech who came to my house was prompt, knowledgeable and besides - total price for service call was better than other places I went to.
