    Made the 20 mile plus trip out to by glass & supplies. Found the store empty and locked up.were plentiful mail indicating they were closing. Nice way to treat long Time customers. Emails wereplentif when trying too woo my businesses.😒☺️

    The Stained Glass Shop

    Doing business with the store is like a comedy of errors...only not so funny. I live nearly an hour away so I plan my trips carefully. Twice I have made trips to pick up glass only to find it was not available after all. Near Thanksgiving at their 30% sale I purchased $150 worth of glass and since they didn't have any clear at the time they offered to order me some and promising the same rate. They then called ME to say I had to pick up my order before the end of the week. Since this was Christmas Eve I promised to pick it up on Monday when I returned. On Monday I battled heavy traffic that took me 1 1/2 hrs to get there. Only to find they were closed and had NEGLECTED to tell me. Then when I made the trip AGAIN on Tuesday they refused to honor the discount price. When I asked the owner's name they refused to give it to me or give me an address to write to. And each time I had to tell them I AM on their email list. Never could fine me. Thus I have turned to yelp to save the next misguided customer.

    Great ladies, great store! I don't write many reviews but this place was a must.... The ladies were so incredible, helpful and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else!

    I love this shop. They are helpful and service oriented. Every time I go in I have a hard time leaving because they have so much to offer in the way of glass and supplies. They host glass and fusing classes that are not just educational but lots of fun. I enjoy doing business here.
