Have put off buying new dishwasher and king-size mattress, because have been burdened by having to deal with sales people—not always a good experience. Due to an ad that I received from Spencer’s, I took the plunge and went in on Tues.(yesterday). I met with Patrick on Bell Rd., who gave me info that was very helpful and didn’t try to up-sell me. He listened to what I wanted, answered my questions, helped me save some money and the whole process was taken care of in a very timely manner. The delivery men called this a.m.(Wed.) to say they would arrive between 9-11a.m. Our doorbell rang at 9:00a.m. and we met Austin and Robert. They proceeded to install our new dishwasher and to set up our new mattress with box springs. They worked non-stop, removed all trash and old mattress and dishwasher and were out of here in 45min.!! We are very pleased with our whole experience and trust Spencer’s will show the same professionalism, if and when, we might have any future issues. Will definitely use their company again!!

We purchased a GE Washer and Dryer from Spencer's and we loved them. Great service, the sales rep was nice (you get your rep assigned to you when you walk in, so you are usually stuck with who is up next unless you come specifically for a rep you like). The GE Warranty came in handy, so we used it, and we never purchased an extended warranty and have used GE for all our service and we are happy.

Then we purchased a GE dishwasher and we like it, too. Good pricing, great installation, and same service guy we had for the W/D came to our house recently to help with the dishwasher (under warranty!) Angel from GE is really the very BEST, BTW...side plug for GE appliances

Enjoyed the entire experience of selecting a dishwasher from the Spencer Arrowhead store. Salesperson was knowledgeable, prices were reasonable and installation and delivery was within 24 hours. Manny the installer was friendly, professional and efficient.. Did an excellent job. Highly recommend Spencer for all your appliances needs.

The Whirlpool washer that we purchased from Spencers in September, 2015 had numerous service issues since we originally had it installed. It finally leaked oil/grease all over our entire floor. Whirlpool gave us only lip service and did not stand behind their product. We needed a replacement quickly and visited the Arrowhead store. We dealt with Dan Gilbert and he treated us very fairly and saw that we received a new washer, an LG unit, the next day. We understand that Spencer's had nothing to do with the Whirlpool washer. We have been loyal customers of Spencers since moving to the Phoenix metro area in 2004 and will continue our relationship with them going forward. They are always professional and their customers fairly.

We have a GEdishwasher & refrigerator that are 2-1/2 to 3 years old. Both have major problems & are out of warranty. Spensers claim that they are good appliances & I did not have a very satisfying conversation with them.If this is what we have to deal with...our appliance industry is in big trouble.Do not buy GE !!! My Kitchen Aide in another state is far superior. I have a feeling that the dealer gets a huge kick back from GE & therefore does not tell the consumer the correct information. VERY unhappy customer!!!!!

I went to Spencers to purchase my refrigerator. Right when I walked in I received a genuinely happy greeting from the whole team. Russ was my salesman and he was great! He all the product knowledge and was honest about all of the good and not so good features. He gained my trust and I would recommend Russ and his team to anyone looking for appliances or a new bed. The delivery was quick. Luke and Austin were very polite and careful. They had the refrigertor hooked up to waterlines in minutes. Thank you all! I am very happy with your service!! I'll be back again for a washer and dryer soon;)

My husband and I just moved to Arizona, and we were in need of a new refrigerator. We stopped into the W. Bell location yesterday, picked out the model that we liked, and we were told it would be delivered the next day. And sure enough, at 9:00 am sharp today the delivery men arrived and installed my beautiful new refrigerator! They were fast, courteous, and professional.

I had a great experience with Spencer's. I bought a whirlpool washer and great. Best thing I ever bought. Going back in a few weeks to buy a fridge.

My husband and I have been searching for a new bed for a while.. We weren't sure what exactly we wanted but knew we needed something different than what we have.. We've shopped at a couple different stores and haven't had any luck... We finally found Spencers. When we walked in Russ greated us. Russ is a very charismatic guy who listened to what we like, what we need and most importantly what we can afford.. We found the perfect mattress/box spring and we were able to finance for 12 months. 100% very happy with our experience!! Come to this location!!! :)

We got our fridge/washer and dryer from them 7 years ago (different location). Have never had any issues and the pricing was great.



Looked at Lowes first and did some price matching around town, Spencers was the best by far.

No hassle walked in, was shown the model I was interested, given the bottom line price (they gave me a the memorial day discount a week early). Setup to have it installed the next Morning.

It's in and the installer (subcontractor) was super friendly and it looks great.

Service here is terrible. We bought an entire new kitchen and a bed from them. Dishwasher didn't work from Day 01. They asked their repair person to take a look, and that person didn't show up, and now they won't take it back even though it has never worked - two weeks later. I would look elsewhere.

I have had multiple great experiences at Spencer's. We have purchased all our home appliances at Spencer's. They are a locally owned store and have impressively low prices and high quality products. The thing that makes us keep coming back to Spencer's is the staff. They are HELPFUL and make sure you get what you need and in your budget.

I have purchased appliances from Spencer's for several houses. I always do price comparisons with other appliance stores, Home Depot, and Lowe's. Spencer's price can never be beat! The service is good and the appliances are high quality. I highly recommend!

I purchased the following items from Spencers when my family moved into our new home: Washer Dryer Dishwasher Refrigerator Range 61 " Television Television Stand The customer service was superb. The prices were very competitive. Even the delivery guys were on time and friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Before you buy from a big box store drop by Spencers. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Spencer's is very good. We have used them for 20 years, and continue to do so. We have also gotten great deals and service at Home TV and Appliance down the street. It is good to have 2 family owned chains like this in the Valley, so that one can skip the big-boxes and support local business.
