arrogant ingnorant prop managers

THE MOST UNRESPONSIVE MORONS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH THEY ACTUALLY STEAL THE PROERTY AWAY FROM YOU--LIKE MOST CONTRACTS YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM IF THERE IS A TENANT EVEN IF THEY MESSIT UP OR GO TO COURT--- STAY AWAY DAVE S TALKS A GOOD GAME BUT COULD CARE LESS AND HIS TEAM IS DEDICATED TO LAZY BUMS AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY AND DO AS THEY PLEASE--- KEEP CLEAR OWNERS AND RENTERS

When it comes to repairs or replacement, they will give you excuses

I requested maintenance for the refigerator. After the tech found out the unit needed replacement., and after a month without response from this management, they told me that they will not replace the unit for the simple reason that the refrigerator is optional appliance. I read in the contract t that it is the responsibility of the owner, landlord to replace appliances. But yeah, they will work around things when it comes to your need. I have been renting for almost. I feel frustrated and left down by this management.

Unprofessional; Lack of Communication; Unreliable Service- Do Not Rent from This Company!

Be aware- once you become a tenant you will regret renting from them. First of all, the property manager never answer your calls, the front office people are useless and they never, ever return phone calls. I even scaled my concerns with their broker but to my surprise, she never called back... Save your headache ang got with other places that will treat you like a human being and a customer. In addition, they charge you fees that are not valid. I have spent at least 3 weeks trying to get a hold of anyone to resolve this issue but nothing. Maintenance is a joke- they never call you either... I want out.People be AWARE!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

I went through several property managers in the year I rented from them. Every time I called, no one called me back or I received an email from someone I never heard from. They charged me late fees for them losing my cashiers check and even an eviction notice and I had to pay the legal fees even though I had my receipt from dropping my rent check off. They gave me a discount for renewing my lease for 2 months, and then charged me late fees for not paying the full rent even though it was a direct pull from my account. No one has any idea what's going on in this office. I was put on hold before for someone and when I was picked up the person I was waiting for wasn't even in the office! Customer service is horrible. Courtesy to renters is horrible. No wonder the people who own my house fired them. I waited out my lease but would never rent from these people again. They will rip you off due to their lack of organization.

******WARNING********* You will be VERY SORRY if you rent from CENTURY21 Northwest office......

When you first sign your lease, they are nice as can be and really make you feel as if they will take care of any maintenance issues.....WHAT A JOKE!!!!! I STUCK in a LOOOONG YEAR lease with them and will NEVER do business with these unprofessional people that like to call themselves realtors. I moved in my home in June and since then have had several issues ranging from an A/C issue that caused our electric bill for one month to be 567.00 in a 1700 sf ft one story home to plumbing issues made worse by "their" technician that I had to correct after she left, to a broken sprinkler system they were not willing to take care of without a $35.00 trip charge, $20.00 an hour and price for parts, fixed that one myself too, and now a problem with the heater fan not turning off, which took 3 phone calls and speaking with the office manager to get that work order processed. Lets see if they can come thru this time and actually fix the problem. DO NOT RENT from them, you will be stuck in RENT HELL

They treat you as if they are doing you a favor! Awful!

I have been very disappointed with this management. I called them on April 6th 2011 since the A/C in my property does not work. I waited until the 18th and called them. They told me they were sorry for the problem. Two days later I called them again and the front office later told me they were dealing with the matter. It is the 21st and it is not fixed. It is awful! These people seems to be arrogant and treat me as if they are doing me a favor. The only nice person there is one of front office receptionist. I pay my rent on time. I believe I deserve to be treated right! Please Century 21 do something about it. At least communicate people about what is holding you! I am grateful the weather was not 100 already (however, one night I could not sleep for being too hot in my bedroom). I have to open the window during the night risking any security problems. I wonder how they keep in business. I love the place I live, but Century 21 is making it hard for me to consider renting this property

bad, bad, bad

We have had a horrible experience with C21 NW and have only been renting one of their properties for a month. We had such a bad experience with our last "rent from owner" having to move out because of his foreclosure......we rented from what we thought was a reputable management company. We only got to look at the house while the previous tenants were still in it. C21 NW told us the carpets would be professionally cleaned, but since we learned it was the tenants responsibility to hire the cleaning company and we noticed a very large dog, we voiced concerns before signing our lease. C21 NW told us not to worry....if there were stains they would have "their" cleaning company out to re-clean....if there were still issues, they would contact the owner to see about replacing. The day of our move, we walked into a house that smelled so badly of urine, each one of us could barely stand it. I had a hard time even bringing my belongings into the house, but our truck was full in the driveway

Warning: Do not do business with Century 21 Northwest.

I own a property managed by Century 21 Northwest for the past two years. Communication is terrible. Calls are not returned, I've had three different prop. managers in the last six months and have never been notified of the changes. And most importantly, they lost my previous tenant and the place has been vacant for seven months even though I have gave in to all their suggestions (lowering rent, fixing several items, etc.) Overall it has been a poor experience and I am in the process of finding new management.

Century 21 Northwest is HORRIBLE - Not Worth 1 Star

I would like to rate 0 stars, but you can't ... I wish I would have seen some reviews of Century 21 Northwest before having them manage my property. My experience was characterized by extreme negligence in managing the property - a complete lack of management of the property, consistent requests for more & more money, inability to find a renter for several months, not monitoring the property when vacant, recurring monthly billing and statement errors, surprise charges on my statements with no supporting documentation, etc. My experience with them was nothing less than disastrous and regretful. Hopefully, this helps someone else.

If you choose C21NW to manage your property, I wish you the best of luck.

I experienced poor communication from the property manager. I would call and leave voice messages, send emails and never receive a timely response. It is difficult to understand their statements, I noticed that they had deducted money from my account without any explanation. After several calls they told me they had overpaid me in an earlier month. I still remain confused about their statements. The don't put a phone number on statements and the accountant is difficult to reach. They shift funds back and forth without any explanation+ shifty best describes their accounting. Even the property manager says their accounting is a common complaint. It takes too long for C21NW to address maintenance problems. But worse yet is their method of reporting financial transactions with owner+s properties. The pluses are - good property marketing and improving communication skills. The minuses are - confusing statements to owners, poor response to maintenance issues, high management fees.
