My wife and I is very dissatisfied with this tire shop. They are cheats and liars. They sell you a tire for 35 to 45 dollars and in a week the tire blows out. Then when we took it back to them they give us attitude as if we purposely did something to the tire to make it blow out. They replaced it with another tire after 20 mins. Then the second tire just blew out. This time we went to a different tire shop to replace the second one. Found out by a reputable tire shop that the second tire was a retread and should of never been sold for a passenger vehicle and retread tires are just to dangerous for that type of vehicle. I went back to the Rocky Point Tire shop and told them I was very dissatisfied and I want my wife's money back to make it right. All the one employee could tell me is I would have to talk with the owner of the business. I was told that they would be open on the next day I said okay I will be back tomorrow. I go back expecting to talk with the owner or a manager but still only just that on employee. He informs me that there is no type of warranties on the tires that they sell and they will not replace or refund any monies that was paid and that I need to leave. So if you want to waste your money and time don't expect the tire that you buy from this rip off business to last past a week.
