Nearly six months later, I am still left with the painful effects of a knee injection gone wrong. Dr. Vosler continues to give knee injections although he has no training in using the xray equipment at his disposal nor does he have any training in orthodpedics. His failure to understand either of these specialties lead him to give me injections that have left me with residual nerve pain. For these reasons, the insurance company of one of my friends has refused his care. How I wish my insurance company would have done the same. Please seek out help from a specialist-not a "family health physician" when seeking relief for painful knees.

Assembly line care with little to no consistency between doctors and time for actual genuine care. Quick turnaround of physicians and staff besides a dwindling few. quite disappointing overall.

I am an uninsured, self-pay patient and I came to this office due to their discounts for cash-paying patients. What I got was discounted service. I liked the doctor (Dr. West), I but was not impressed with his refusal to review my past medical history at my first visit. I felt he trusted me more at the second visit and he was more inclined to help me after paying for costly blood tests and a neuro exam as self-pay. The icing on the cake for me was waiting 10 days for basic bloodwork results, their inability to obtain test results on a simple neuro referral tests I was given. I had to locate the records myself and have the neuro fax them the results while on the phone, and then called AHC to inform them to pull the incoming fax results, all to be assured that all would be fine in its normal course. 4 days later, I call again for results (after no calls from them) and the office says they never received the results. This is in spite of a records release I had given them as an extra measure to get the records 11 days prior (that was never utilized!). It has been 15 days since my test and I still have no results. Then, I get a $70 bill from the office, after I pre-paid both my visits in CASH before ever seeing the doctor. This office is a blundering MESS! I am not a high maintenance patient, but I expect a physician's office to be professional and do what they say they are going to do. Deeply disappointed with my experience here. I am shopping for a new doctor, STAT!

I go to the East Valley office and get excellent care for chiropractic. It is nice to have a physician that you can actually get in to see same day or when you need to. Very accomodating to my needs. I really appreciate this. Office staff also great! And this can make or break an office. Thanks Arrowhead East Valley!

My first appointment at Arrowhead Health was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and I like how open the lobby is - not like a traditional doctor's office where the check in staff sits behind a closed sliding glass door. They got me in for my appointment on the same day I called, so I didn't have to miss work to schedule an appointment. Dr. Fereidouni was very nice and seemed to really want to help me feel better. They drew my blood and ran my lab right there in the same office so I didn't have to drive all over town. Dr. Fereidouni even followed up with me after my appointment to see how I was feeling and sent a doctor's note to my employer so I didn't have to go back into the office to request one. I would recommend this office to anyone - they'll make you feel much better!

My children and I have gone to this doctor's office for over 8 years, and we have recently left this office. They have lost all care of their patients. It takes multiple days to hear back from them, and most likely when they return your call they have not even answered your question. They have had rude people off and on throughout the years, but I have learned I do not have to deal with these people to get good health care. It's too bad because I really like Cathy Smyser (nurse practioner), but I can't stand all the people I have to deal with to see her, and at this point it's just not worth it anymore. You can't get in to see Cathy when you need to, and the doctor's backing her up put your case on the bottom of their pile to deal with because you are not their patient. I would not recommend this office.

This place will take your money, & insurance money. You can call in and make an appointment, but you can't call in to get an answer to a question with out going through 15 minutes of how too find them and how you can pay them' but don't expect a return phone call for a least 3 days. I will NOT recommend Arrowhead Heath to anyone. Receptionest Rude - uncaring not lessening to my concerns. One of the doctors she said sees 32 patients a day double booking patients. As was said by the review write before me. 9/2/10

this web site is very detailed in information, i"m looking for a long lost friend , i beleive he is living in glendale,az. he is a phisical therapist that why i figure he may be working for this clinic,if there is a joseph l. wisneski in phisical therapy , please let him know that his little neighbor from tol,oh. we lived next to one another on clover ln. , he was a god send at that time in my life,my parants had just devorced and it was hard,he helped ease the pain ,he spent time with me like a father would,he taught he how to cross country ski,and his lovly wife was kind enough to let me use her ski boots with a couple socks stuffed in them they fit fine,and she let me use her skis to,they are great people and i've thought able them several times over the years,its been about 33 years now so if by chance he does work there have him email me at [email protected]
