Called to set up appointment to have a possible leak checked. Left a message with the answerer-. Never called us back. Called again to make sure they had the correct information-she did and said she would contact them right away. I don't know who they called back - but it sure wasn't me. It must be nice to have so much business that they cannot even have their answering service return a call.

The company never returned my calls to schedule an appointment. The 2nd time I called, they seemed surprised. When the contractor did come out, I found out because he called my work to tell me he'd left the estimate on my glider! Not very impressed. Extremely unprofessional.

Very professional company. They show when they say they will. They cleaned up the site after they were done. Nice workers.
